Position Overview:

As a Senior Consultant in our client's dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality risk management advice and services to clients. Acting as an Account Manager and Project Lead, you will drive new business opportunities and foster lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical advice and services to clients, including audits, report preparation, and safety system documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, ensuring needs are met and identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor project performance and address challenges proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and contribute to business development activities, such as proposal drafting and client presentations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous consulting experience in Work,Health and Safety will be preferred.
  • Tertiary qualifications in WHS or Risk Management; additional certifications such as Cert IV in Training and Assessment or Exemplar accredited auditor qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in WHS management, with a strong understanding of risk management principles, legislation, and hazard management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, driving business growth, and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to adapt to new technologies and tools.

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work remotely or on client premises with minimal supervision.
  • Availability for regular travel to operational facilities and offices, sometimes on short notice.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
